New customers in the main ceramic countries for ANCORA
Spain, Turkey and Poland choose the finishing machines of the Sassuolo company which is part of SITI B&T Group
Sassuolo, 01 October 2021 – Important new partnerships for Ancora, a SITI B&T Group company, specialized in the production of machines for finishing ceramic tiles: leading Spanish, Polish and Turkish companies have chosen Made in Sassuolo technology for their production plants, confirming Ancora machines productivity and efficiency.

One of the most important players in the Spanish and world market has installed fifteen squaring lines at the kiln exit for single-calibre products and two high-productivity lapping lines (16,000 m2 each) directly at the exit with 100 heads per line. A unique technology in the world, a challenge won thanks to extraordinary, specialized skills.
The Turkish Vitra Group has chosen Ancora to expand its production, installing two polishing lines with dry squaring and has collaborated with the Sassuolo company’s technicians to create a customized support for polishing the finished product based on the type of machining required, using Ancora technology with the tools and treatments of its partners Mec Abrasives and Diatex.
Cerrad, one of the most dynamic ceramic groups in Poland, has relied on Ancora to install two high-performance squaring equipped with the latest 4.0 technologies for high productivity with maximum efficiency.
Innovation and the continuous search for new solutions are Ancora’s main drivers, having completely internalized its production workflow, guaranteeing total control of the Sassuolo Group in all phases of its production lines.
The launch of new models is expected in the coming months, starting with the total renewal of the range of dry squaring machines with original solutions that look to the efficiency, ease of use and industry 4.0 of the “SMART FACTORY”.
